I tend to hold tension in my neck/shoulders/upper back area and he's always able to rub out the knots. I had a headache starting one day, which I've been told in the past is a "trigger point" headache. Within 15 minutes of his focused attention to my shoulder/upper back area, the headache had entirely dissipated! I also love the fact that he's mobile and can come to me.
